Our Quilt

There’s a long story here . . . and it needs to be told.

This quilt is of long-term AWON value, even beyond the fact that most of us have signed this quilt – and hope to show it to our grandchildren. Who we hope will show it to THEIR grandchildren . . . digitally if not physically! By carefully photographing and “panel mapping” this quilt, we hope to provide an extreme close-up, digital record of each panel on the quilt ~ accessed by name, alphabetically – to a level of visual quality that will go beyond conventional physical display.

There’s a significant value here, as the quilt conveys a sense of authenticity about AWON and our fathers – in a way we can’t convey through other means.
