Carole and August Alegi (who drove in from Virginia), Susan Perko (from Westchester, N.Y.), Elizabeth Harris and Margaret Malone (both from the upper west side of Manhattan). The beautiful gold, white , and blue wreath behind us was presented by Harris and Malone in the Wreath-laying ceremony, while the name of the American World War II Orphans Network was announced from the podium.
