How to Volunteer

The first thing to do is to raise a flag – or raise a hand. Summarize what you have in mind . . . and write it to Janice Buterbaugh at awon@awon.org.

Janice acts as our “Front Door” for prospective members. She also acts as our first responder for Volunteers. Since she knows who does what in AWON, she’ll put you in touch with just the right person in the infrastructure or initiative you want to help. If you want not find out for yourself who runs the infrastructure or initiative in which you have interest, please check the AWON “Help” page (find it under “Us”) and look around.
