The Alamo.

The private, after hours tour of the Alamo, coordinated by San Antonio member Don Gilbert,
was one of the highlights of the weekend.

Groups found shade in which to wait for the tour to begin.

Alamo curator, Bruce Winders, talked about the history of Texas and the Alamo's part in it
as we gathered in the courtyard outside the shrine.
