Looking for information about a woman in NYC ,1945, who may have placed children of unwed mothers with families. She may have been the widow of a physcian and her last name may have been Satterwhite.I have no information on my birth parents, only this. |

I am looking for any American serviceman (maybe from the 29th Infantry as I understand they were stationed around the St Ives area during WW2) who knew a local girl called Eileen Adams who was in the Land Army and lived in Carnglaze Street St Ives (near the harbour) in mid 1945. She had a little girl called Maureen and her parents were Jack and Louie. She had a younger sister Alvina. |
