My dad was a medic in the 53rd Field Hospital. He is now 86 years old and we will make a trip to Europe to retrace his WWII steps. We will be at Utah Beach, Heerlen, Holland, Bastogne, Aachen and even Switzerland Jungfrau where he went when he had a furlough..We are trying to find out the name and address of the Catholic Parochial School in Heerlen where the field hospital was set up from Oct. 1944 - Dec 1944. If anyone knows the school please contact me. |
