I am looking for possible sisters (half sisters/twins) born to my father jack monninger during or shortly after the end of WW2..my father was serving in the Army in Luxembourg,Belgium. I believe my dad and the mother of the twins were married very briefly..my dad was from Indianapolis,IN. I have no name of his wife but I do remember hearing the name Irene come up now and then?
