admin Thanks for the question. Yes, you can use the Circle-R next to your deisgn mark in that case, because the deisgn mark incorporates the word mark, which is registered. That's one reason why it's generally best to register a word mark first, because it provides the broadest protection, and it continues to be valid even if you change the deisgn of your logo. Then it's good to follow up with a deisgn mark registration if you can. Having a deisgn mark registered gives you better legal protection if someone uses that exact deisgn (such as on counterfeit products). | ||

I'm looking for anyone who served in this unit at or before this date. Private Stanley Arthur Best was killed on July 3 1944, but may have been hospitalized with his injuries before. I'm looking for anyone who may have served with him. Thanks. |
