Board Member Terry Boettcher hosts Joe Boitnott – a veteran of the 34th Infantry Division
Red Bulls. Joe is from Marshalltown, Iowa. With the 34th, he fought across North Africa,
Sicily and Italy. He was pulled out of the 34th, put in the 15th AAF, and flew two missions
as a tail gunner on one of the B-17 outfits. He then served in Korea!

 

Terry Boettcher, Roger Connor, and Doni Troglio host Veteran Ben H. Adams
of the 483rd BG, 15th AF.

 

Patty Temte, George Stovall and his wife, Marion share a moment
with Roger McKee Connor and First Founder Lorin McCleary.

WWII Veteran Dr. John E. Linville of the 75th Infantry Division
was here with AWON Member Susan Linville and their daughter, Kathleen.

exchanges stories with Jo Stanek, honored Mother of AWONer David Stanek,
and wife of PVT Aloysius A. Stanek of the 102nd Infantry Division.
