Donna Allen and Brenda Kightlinger visited Georgia for a reunion
of some of the Parachute Infantry Regiments of the 101st Airborne Division
that had trained at Toccoa. Part of their training included running up a
1,000 foot elevation (Currahee Mountain) of about 3 miles and then back down
3 miles. Dick and Brenda and Dick and Donna Allen hiked up and down
Currahee. They followed an 82 year old veteran, Jim "Pee Wee" Martin.
